Cape Epic Workshop

Hannele Steyn Kotze is an experienced Cape Epic rider, having done the event 7 times!
Results like first womens team, 2nd mixed team is only some of her accolades.

You will get an enormous amount of information from her to prepare for this event.
This includes topics like: technical skills, what to eat before and after the tages, which tyres to use, tyre pressure, recovery drinks to use, what to expect after each stage, bike maintenance during the event, tapering, peaking etc. etc.
